Good carpet fitting is about the details: gripper set at the correct distance from the skirting, carpet properly stretched so it will not ripple or ruck over time, neat tucked edges, and seams positioned away from main walkways and matched carefully. Stairs need particular care, and we fit both waterfall and Hollywood (cushion-tucked) styles, as well as runners with a neat bound or whipped edge.

Underlay is easy to overlook but it has a huge effect on how your carpet feels, how warm and quiet the room is, and how long the carpet lasts. We will recommend a quality underlay suited to the room and the carpet, whether that is a dense, supportive underlay for stairs and hallways or a thicker, luxurious option for bedrooms. We also supply and fit door bars and threshold trims to finish every doorway neatly.
